Trial Period:
- 6 months for interns
- 3 months for experienced professionals
Monthly Salary Range:
- Intern: SGD 1,200 – SGD 3,500
- Experienced: SGD 5,000 – SGD 6,800
Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated Dance Instructor who can also assist with daily studio management and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach or manage dance classes (e.g. K-pop, Girls Style, Heels)
- Handle studio admin: scheduling, bookings, inquiries
- Create and manage content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu)
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Support in-house events, community engagement, and collaborations
- Provide excellent customer experience for students and walk-ins
Requirements:
- Proficient in social media and content creation
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to take responsibility for both teaching and studio operations
- Passionate about dance, events, or the creative lifestyle industry
- Able to commit to a trial period before long-term hiring
