Overview

Waterfall Fitted Furniture (based in Spalding, Lincolnshire) is looking for a new team member to join our busy workshop and fitting team. This is an apprentice-style role where you’ll learn the ropes of high-end fitted furniture, with full training provided in our way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Helping to build and assemble kitchens, wardrobes & bespoke furniture in the workshop
  • Assisting with fittings on site and learning from our experienced fitters
  • Using tools and workshop machinery safely and confidently
  • Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
  • Loading, unloading and preparing jobs ready for installation

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who’s eager to learn, reliable, and ready to grow
  • Some hands-on experience with tools or in a trade environment
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Good attitude, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
