Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
- Be an Ambassador for our Brand, Values and Product
- Bring our Retail Core Values to life in store for you, your team and your customers; Always Keep Growing, Together We Win, Be The Consumer, Bring High Energy, Find A Way.
- Maximise contribution by achieving budget sales and controlling costs.
- Manage store costs while delivering on store objectives.
- Report weekly figures accurately to monitor stores performance and opportunities to improve.
- Ensure that team recruitment and scheduling is maintained in line with budgets and to support store opening and closing times.
- Manage the content and frequency of the teams training to develop and motivate in order to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance coaching and managing in line with our Elevate Management Development Programme.
- Manage the overall customer experience bringing to life the waterdrop® brand values.
- Provide opportunities for future store managers for succession planning and developing talent.
- Manage the performance and development of the management team.
- Manage the store presentation including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising to reflect our brand including stockrooms and back of house space.
- Provide constructive feedback and information on product performance and development to appropriate departments.
- Maintain open communication up and down within the store, across to other departments and ultimately our customer.
- Lead on opportunities for store events, marketing and sales opportunities within the local area to grow our business and build business to business sales opportunities.
- Manage time and priorities through effective organisation in store.
- Set yourself and store up for success by ensuring store visits by the senior waterdrop® management team are always a positive experience, plan, prepare and be ready in advance.
- Recognise and Reward your team using our Retail Core Values Thank You Cards for a job well done, excellent customer service and a sales performance that goes above and beyond expectation.
- Responsible for adherence within the store of all company policies and procedures.
