Watercliffe Meadow Community Primary School in Sheffield is inviting an experienced SENDCo to lead and set up our brand-new SEND provision as an assessment centre, starting January 2027 (or earlier if feasible). The role focuses on whole-family needs-led assessments for pupils with social and communication needs, supported by a multi-disciplinary team and collaboration with parents to produce coordinated provision across local schools.
