Water Aid UK is seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Partner to work with UK senior leaders and employee groups to drive strategic internal communications.

You will be the primary UK communications partner, shaping messages and creating opportunities that connect colleagues to purpose and strategy, while championing DEI across the organization.

You will develop the UK communications plan, manage channels, advise on messaging for risk and clarity, and support major initiatives.
