The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will take a lead on the organisation and administration of our events programme. Specialist colleagues will set agendas, approach speakers and sponsors. This role will deliver all the critical supporting elements: invitations, room dressing, speaker liaison, catering, the right technological support. We will also need help in the day-to-day running of the office, especially our meeting rooms and event space.

The role needs someone who is well-organised, able to beat and not just meet deadlines, and loves working with people.

Person Specification:
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in an events or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings during events
