Are you a highly organised and detail-focused administrator with previous office experience? We are looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to join our busy finance and processing team in Thame. Reporting to the Transaction Processing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function.
What you will be doing…
- Daily bank and cashbook reconciliations
- Accurately entering supplier invoices in line with company procedures
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries
- Processing weekly BACS runs and ad hoc payments
- Chasing overdue customer payments and issuing monthly statements
- Managing the finance inbox
- Filing and scanning invoices
- Supporting month-end processes and working to deadlines
- Providing general administrative support to the team
