Location: Field-based to cover across the UK
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours a week

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Service Engineer to join our team. This role offers structured progression and a chance to make a real impact on both the business and the environment.
What will you be doing?
- On-Site Maintenance: Conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Technical Support: Offering after-sales technical and commercial support to clients, and gathering feedback to assist in future product development.
- Customer Focus: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to enhance system reliability and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: You’ll be hands-on, solving challenges to keep systems running smoothly.
- On-Call Flexibility: A flexible approach to customers’ needs and working hours is required, which may include working some weekends and during public holidays.
What do we need from you?
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the municipal market. Knowledge of sewage and drinking water treatment sites.
- Qualifications: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar or even working towards would be ideal but not essential.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions and handling challenging conversations.
- Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Professionalism: A punctual, presentable individual who values customer satisfaction and strives to provide best-in-class service.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
