We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to extend our reach in the Midlands territory. We design, develop, and manufacture advanced water purification solutions for laboratory, healthcare, and industrial applications worldwide. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote our cutting-edge water purification solutions to laboratory, healthcare, and industrial clients. The role comes with a company car and Sales Incentive Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with clients across various sectors, offering standard products and bespoke water purification solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our design and proposals teams to meet client needs effectively.
  • Engage in product demonstrations, attend exhibitions, and provide market feedback to support our innovation efforts.
  • Embrace our ethos of sustainability, working towards our collective mission of ecological transformation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through interpreting customer feedback and proactively suggesting product improvements or gaps in the market.
Qualifications:
  • Strong sales experience.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (company car provided).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • If you have a background in water purification, medical equipment or laboratory equipment, Industrial process equipment, or have previously sold to hospitals and laboratories, we consider these skills very transferable.
