We are looking for a reliable and motivated Logistics Operative to join our warehouse team in Watlington, Oxfordshire. This is a hands-on role supporting our third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring all products, consumables, and spare parts are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to both UK and international customers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and inventory control, directly contributing to the performance and success of the logistics team.
What will you be doing…
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and channel partner orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective inventory control within the warehouse.
- Receive and process packed products and parts from operations sites.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Health & Safety regulations.
- Uphold ISO quality standards and procedures relating to 3PL operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team.
- Operate within established performance management systems.
- Manage your own workload effectively to meet productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
What we are looking for… We are seeking someone who is organised, conscientious, and quality-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You will have a strong understanding of warehouse routines and procedures with the ability to follow defined processes and make sound judgments based on factual information.

- Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
