Water Creative and Underwater Talent is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Campaign Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading and delivering influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of key agency clients, acting as the primary agency lead from campaign briefing through to reporting and optimisation.
You will own the day‑to‑day management of client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard. Working closely with creators, brands and internal teams, you will drive successful influencer partnerships that deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' agency experience within influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns and always‑on creator programmes. Alongside campaign delivery, you will contribute to agency growth through pitching, proposal development and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships and our talent roster.
