We are seeking an individual who wants to build a career in the Legionella and Water Management business as a consultant. We have a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and able to put the work in that’s needed to build their career and earnings potential within our company.
The successful candidate will need to deliver good quality sales and research potential clients that may need Water Logic Works services (any commercial building requires Legionella testing, Gas safe etc). The employee needs to be willing to learn about Water Logic Works and the services that they provide to all potential/current customers.
A commission plan will be put in place after the 3-month trial period, based on appointments, business or remedials that have been won. The employee will also be trained to be a Legionella risk assessor/water management consultant.
The role for the consultant will be to do an agreed number of sales, emails, finding potential clients via Google and networking, Legionella risk assessing (will include visiting sites and carrying out water management related tasks). The vision for this person is once the trial period is completed successfully, they will then be a trained Legionella risk assessor.
The employee will have a hybrid role of field and office based, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments, building new client relationships and building a career in this industry. Experience in this industry is not necessary as we will train you in house and on site.
Duties/Tasks:
- Researching and finding new prospects/suspects and contact details for Water Logic Works Ltd who offer Water management on any commercial building.
- Attending site to carry out water management tasks (Legionella risk assessments, water sampling and consulting).
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to potential customers when selling and talking face to face with them.
- Deliver good quality phone calls and appointments to potential customers who may be interested in Water Logic Works services (Water Management, Gas safe servicing and certification and F-GAS servicing and certification).
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations).
Qualifications:
- A Levels and preferably a University Graduate.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Fully able to use the company software (after training).
- Driving Licence (will need to drive in Kent and some parts of London).
- Minimum Level 4 in Maths and English.
