We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Senior Talent Executive to join our team at Water Creative, within our talent division, Underwater. This role is centred around working directly alongside the Talent Director, supporting the management of high-profile digital talent, playing a key role in negotiating brand partnerships, overseeing complex commercial scenarios, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. You will work with the Talent Director to manage day-to-day talent representation, lead negotiations, and secure brand partnerships aligned with each talent’s positioning and long-term goals.

Alongside overseeing commercial partnerships, you will contribute to talent strategy and career development, protect talent interests, and maintain a high standard of representation across every partnership, while also playing a key role in driving new business opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the agency. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Talent Management
    • Work collaboratively with the Talent Director to manage the agency's high-performing talent, overseeing day-to-day talent communications and commercial partnerships.
    • Lead negotiations with brands and agencies, securing strong commercial terms and protecting talent interests.
    • Draft, review and execute contracts including campaign agreements, licensing, usage rights, exclusivity, and long-term partnerships.
    • Oversee campaign delivery from briefing through to execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met.
    • Manage complex and high-level scenarios with professionalism and commercial confidence.
    • Own organisation and administration across the talent, keeping contracts, schedules, and campaign details accurate and on track.
    • Ensure all content and partnerships meet ASA guidelines and platform policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date talent profiles, stats, and case studies to support pitching and new opportunities.
    • Provide performance insights and strategic guidance to drive talent growth and commercial success.
    • Stay on top of cultural, social platforms, and industry trends to keep talent relevant and commercially competitive.
    • Manage inbound enquiries, rate cards, and inboxes, converting opportunities efficiently.
    • Support reputation and crisis management with discretion where required.
    • Work closely with the accounts team to manage invoicing, payments, and revenue tracking.
    • Foster positive relationships with brands, agencies, and other stakeholders to build a strong reputation and create repeat partnership opportunities.
  • New Business & Strategy
    • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities.
    • Pitch talent and agency capabilities to brands and agencies.
    • Develop diversified revenue streams including UGC, licensing, affiliate, TikTok Shop, publishing and broader strategic collaborations.
    • Maximise budgets through upselling, long-term deal structuring, and cross-collaboration.
    • Contribute to the ongoing commercial growth and strategy of the talent division.
    • Source and onboard emerging talent in line with agency goals and targets.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 2-3 years’ experience in influencer/talent management, brand partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience negotiating complex brand partnerships and managing high-value campaigns end to end.
  • Confident handling usage rights, licensing, exclusivity clauses and commercial contracts.
  • A strong network of brand and agency contacts within the influencer marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and platform analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret performance insights and turn them into action.
  • A genuine passion for the digital creator economy, with a creative and strategic mindset and a strong awareness of emerging content trends.
