Water Creative and Underwater Talent is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Campaign Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading and delivering influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of key agency clients, acting as the primary agency lead from campaign briefing through to reporting and optimisation. You will own the day-to-day management of client relationships, oversee campaign delivery, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard. Working closely with creators, brands and internal teams, you will drive successful influencer partnerships that deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ agency experience within influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and always-on creator programmes. Alongside campaign delivery, you will contribute to agency growth through pitching, proposal development and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships and our talent roster.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Client & Account Management
    • Act as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic lead across a portfolio of key client accounts.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Lead campaign kick-offs, status meetings, reviews and presentations.
    • Manage client expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts.
    • Provide strategic recommendations that support client objectives and campaign performance.
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and additional campaign activity.
    • Ensure exceptional client service and communication throughout all stages of delivery.
  • Campaign Management
    • Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to final reporting.
    • Own all aspects of campaign delivery, ensuring projects remain on time, on budget and on brief.
    • Manage both campaign-led activations and always-on influencer programmes.
    • Develop influencer strategies aligned to client objectives, audiences and KPIs.
    • Source, vet and recommend creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
    • Manage creator outreach, negotiations, onboarding and briefing processes.
    • Coordinate content approval workflows between creators and clients.
    • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
    • Monitor campaign performance and proactively resolve challenges throughout delivery.
    • Ensure all activity adheres to ASA guidelines and platform best practices.
    • Deliver post-campaign reports, insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Creator & Industry Relations
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers and influencer agencies.
    • Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, platform updates and emerging creators.
    • Identify creator opportunities that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
    • Negotiate fees and deliverables to maximise campaign effectiveness and budget efficiency.
  • Budget & Commercial Management
    • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and financial tracking.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered profitably and within agreed commercial parameters.
    • Work closely with the finance team on invoicing, purchase orders and reconciliations.
    • Monitor campaign spend and provide accurate budget updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Support campaign pricing, scope development and commercial planning.
  • New Business & Growth
    • Support new business opportunities across the agency.
    • Contribute to pitch responses, proposals and client presentations.
    • Develop influencer marketing recommendations and campaign concepts for prospective clients.
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships and secure repeat business.
    • Support agency growth through strategic thinking and proactive relationship building with new talent to onboard to the roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within an influencer marketing, social media or creative agency.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns for brands.
  • Strong client-facing account management experience.
  • Experience managing always-on influencer programmes and retained client relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing, negotiating and managing creators.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing campaign budgets.
  • Confident presenting to clients and leading stakeholder conversations.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience developing campaign proposals, presentations and pitch materials.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ASA regulations and influencer marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
  • End-to-end campaign management experience.
  • Experience managing influencer campaign budgets and profitability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
