We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher and Administrator to help our busy office and pools run ‘swimmingly’ and give a stand‑out service to our customers. This hybrid position will split time between the office and any one of our 14 pools across Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Responsibilities

  • In the office:
    • Maximise opportunities for bookings
    • Work towards call targets
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries through our bespoke CRM system
    • Deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service
  • In the pool:
    • Deliver engaging and progressive lessons to 0-6 year olds
    • Provide a safe and inspiring environment for children to learn
    • Develop supportive and lasting relationships with children and carers
    • Provide a platform for children to develop a lifelong love of water

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in a busy office, talking to customers, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Love of children and families
  • Desire to improve children's water confidence, swimming ability, and water safety skills
  • Teaching experience not required; training will be provided to become a qualified Water Babies and Level 2 Swim Teacher
  • A valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Availability to work Thursday to Sunday, 30 hours per week, throughout the year
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to any pool location across Edinburgh and Glasgow when required
