About the role
We’re looking for extraordinary people to become part of the Water Babies family and inspire our next generation of swimmers.
You don’t need any previous experience; training will be provided at every turn.
Responsibilities
- Deliver infant & pre‑school swimming lessons as part of the Water Babies programme.
- Support children in achieving milestones and develop confidence in water safety.
- Assist with lesson preparation, equipment set‑up and class maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming setting for all participants.
- Training & Development
The role is subject to successful completion of our world‑class teacher training programme.
The programme is unpaid and includes a 6‑day residential course, online tutored modules delivered by senior tutors, a supported e‑learning package, and a schedule of mentored and assessed practical teaching with your local Water Babies team.
