This is an exciting secondment role at the heart of our international secretariat, offering the opportunity to shape and enhance vital support functions across HR, IT, safeguarding, and beyond. Your focus will be on delivering proactive, service-oriented support to teams across our six countries.
A key part of your role will be to equip all staff with the frameworks and confidence to manage their teams effectively, including the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes, performance management and employee relations.
This is an 8-month seconded role for 3 days per week, which is perfect if you love your current role with WSUP but want to develop and enhance your professional skills further, and if the time isn’t right for you now, there will be future opportunities!
