A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in our purpose-built nursery, with our family of inspirational, creative, and forward-thinking practitioners. We have huge garden areas which we embrace in all weathers so being messy and wet is something that you must engage in and enjoy. Being friendly, caring and kind is a must, along with having the energy and sense of humour essential in the day-to-day life at nursery. You must be able to get down to a child’s level, see the world through a child’s eye, and understand what inspires and sparks children’s learning.

You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have at least one year’s experience (Preferred) of working with children. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Have a passion for children and childcare (essential)
- Have a minimum NNEB, NVQ/CACHE level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Have a sound knowledge of the EYFS (essential)
- Have a good, professional level of spoken and written English (essential)
- Be able to take responsibility of a group of key children (essential)
- Plan a range of interesting, age-appropriate activities (essential)
- Create engaging learning environments (essential)
- Have a keen eye for health and safety and safeguarding issues (essential)
- Be proactive, self-motivated and have an attention for detail (essential)
- Be able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues (essential)
