We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise watchTowr’s digital channels and campaign execution. This role is responsible for driving performance across paid, organic, and web channels, working in close partnership with Demand Marketing to support pipeline goals. This role is UK-based.
Responsibilities
- Owning day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, retargeting, and SEO.
- Managing and optimising the website including performance, conversion paths, and digital journeys.
- Executing digital campaigns aligned to Demand and Product Marketing priorities.
- Managing budgets, performance reporting, and ongoing optimisation across channels.
- Partnering with Demand Marketing to translate pipeline goals into channel plans.
- Working with Social & Content to ensure assets are optimised for digital distribution.
- Testing, learning, and iterating rapidly to improve CTR, CVR, and CPL over time.
- Supporting digital and hybrid events.
Qualifications
- Ideally, you have 5 or more years of experience, with:
- Cybersecurity Understanding: Hands-on experience marketing cybersecurity or highly technical platforms, with a solid understanding of industry terminology, buyer concerns, competitive landscape and key publications/paid media opportunities.
- Startup or Scale-up Experience: Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, building repeatable digital programs, and improving performance through iteration.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience running paid search, paid social, SEO, and website optimisation programs focused on qualified traffic and conversion.
- Enterprise Audience Experience: Experience marketing complex products to technical and enterprise buyers, balancing precision targeting with credibility.
- Performance & Optimisation Mindset: Comfortable owning metrics like CVR, CPL, CAC efficiency, traffic quality and landing page performance.
- Analytics & Martech Fluency: Confident with tools like (but not limited to) Google Analytics, LI campaign manager, Reddit, X, HotJar, Figma, Swan.ai, Webflow, Hubspot and more.
- Cross-functional Campaign Execution: Experience delivering campaigns in partnership with demand, product marketing, and content teams.
