We’re looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to own and scale watchTowr’s inbound, nurture, and pipeline generation engine. This role sits at the centre of revenue growth and is accountable for demand quality, funnel progression and pipeline contribution across enterprise sales cycles. This role is based in the UK.

This role is responsible for building and converting demand through the full funnel, including:

  • Defining what high-quality demand looks like and optimising for it across personas, segments, and accounts.
  • Owning pipeline creation, nurture, and progression from first touch through to sales-qualified opportunity ensuring marketing initiatives resonate with key decision makers in B2B and enterprise companies.
