watchTowr is the Preemptive Exposure Management capability trusted by Fortune 500 companies and critical infrastructure providers. By combining proactive threat intelligence, real attacker telemetry, and automated red teaming, watchTowr continuously identifies and validates real exposure - so security teams can outrun real-world threats. We are a global team of operators, researchers, and engineers who have spent years thinking like attackers - and we are now building the technology to stop them.
We are looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to own and scale watchTowr’s inbound, nurture, and pipeline generation engine. This role sits at the centre of revenue growth and is accountable for demand quality, funnel progression and pipeline contribution across enterprise sales cycles. This role is based in the UK.
This role is responsible for building and converting demand through the full funnel, including:
- Defining what high-quality demand looks like and optimising for it across personas, segments, and accounts.
- Owning pipeline creation, nurture, and progression from first touch through to sales-qualified opportunity ensuring marketing initiatives resonate with key decision makers in B2B and enterprise companies.
- Using marketing automation, data analysis, and account-based marketing (ABM) to target decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations, and enterprise ICPs more broadly, to optimise demand quality.
- Partnering closely with Sales on inbound follow-up, prioritisation, routing, and feedback loops.
- Partnering with Product Marketing and Social & Content to map content → conversion paths.
- Working on Marketing Ops to continuously improve automation, scoring, and reporting.
- Supporting events as pipeline and progression levers, not one-off activities.
Ideally, you should have 5 or more years of experience, with:
- Cybersecurity Experience: Experience marketing to security buyers (CISO, SecOps, AppSec, IT) with a working understanding of industry challenges, threat dynamics, competitive landscape and key publications/paid media opportunities.
- Startup or Scale-up Experience: Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, building structure where little exists, and owning outcomes rather than waiting for process.
- B2B Sales Cycle Knowledge: Understanding the longer, complex buying cycles typical in B2B environments and how to engage decision-makers at each stage.
- Enterprise Funnel & Revenue Ownership: Proven experience owning pipeline targets, funnel progression, and marketing influence on revenue in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including retargeting and ABM, to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.
- Marketing Automation: Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Intercom or similar to nurture leads, automate email campaigns, and track user journeys.
- Data Analysis: Competency in Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
