Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proven Account Executive with Enterprise cybersecurity product sales experience to target enterprise accounts across the US – based in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, qualify, and manage the sales process and opportunities to secure commercial opportunities for the WatchTowr Platform.

  • Work with commercial leadership to build accurate sales forecasting and mapping of target accounts, and then execute a plan.

  • Identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for each account in your assigned industries.

  • Articulate our value proposition and product capability to influence key decision‑makers, establishing WatchTowr’s credibility.

  • Align strategy and approach to overarching business goals – we are aggressive and want you to be too.

  • Ensure all customer requirements are met, in line with WatchTowr’s standards of quality, throughout the entire commercial process.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B/enterprise cybersecurity direct sales experience in fast‑paced environments – product or consultancy.

  • Experience in direct cybersecurity technology sales with enterprise accounts.

  • Experience in highly‑regulated markets historically (banking, insurance, etc) in a direct‑sales capacity.

  • Understanding of the buying cycle of senior stakeholders (CXOs) and how enterprise procure technology.

  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, testing status‑quo, and market competitors.

  • Experience managing sales team personnel, guiding junior and mid‑level members to achieve objectives.

  • Fast‑paced, self‑driven – know how to get the job done without hand‑holding.

  • Familiar with structured sales processes and methodologies, such as the Challenger sale methodology.

  • Leverage an existing channel and partner network to fulfill transactions.

  • Enjoy working in highly‑motivated teams obsessed with the mission.
