We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Engineering Lead for our Cyber Engineering Squad to join us as a "player-coach" with the technical expertise to dive deep into complex security and engineering challenges while coaching and leading a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to architect, build and scale our offensive security capabilities while playing a key role in helping organisations understand how they could be hacked, in real-time.
You will lead and mentor the Cyber Engineering team in the UK and Singapore, providing both technical guidance and leadership to support their growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will report into and work closely with the Head of Labs Engineering to define the future direction of the cyber engineering function aligned with the global strategy, ensuring technical consistency and shared standards.
You will act as line manager for the engineers, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day coaching. You will design, develop, and maintain the offensive security infrastructure that powers the watchTowr Platform, ensuring it can process vast amounts of data and identify vulnerabilities in enterprise systems at scale.
You will collaborate closely with product, front-end, backend, and platform teams to align cyber security initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration across functions. You will drive innovation and lead R&D projects that push the limits of offensive security, replicating adversary tactics at scale to uncover vulnerabilities and provide actionable insights.
