Key Responsibilities As Barista In WatchHouse

• Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first‑time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of WatchHouse.
• Dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision, crafting recipes that reflect the flavours of our beans.
• Ensure the coffee section is always looking its best — clean, sharp and organised.
• Maintain brand standards even during high‑volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations.
• Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from food preparation to team coordination.

Key To This Role

• Be a passionate, confident and skilled barista, eager to share the art of Modern Coffee with our guests and team.
• Always well‑presented and wearing the following WatchHouse uniform standards.
• Demonstrate a background in speciality coffee, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
