Responsibilities

  • Set up and bake the WatchHouse bakery offering, supporting food preparation and full brunch service.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to produce high‑quality items that meet our standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of savoury and sweet products, including sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, bagels, and bakery items.
  • Support the kitchen team in daily tasks such as chopping, slicing, cooking, and preparing fillings and sauces.
  • Pre‑prep brunch ingredients and help manage the busy service.
  • Clean extraction vents and perform weekly deep‑cleaning tasks.
  • Adhere to all hygiene rules and food handling best practices.
  • Organise yourself efficiently and contribute positively to a growing business.
