WatchHouse is seeking a Head Barista to lead and elevate the guest experience across our Modern Coffee houses in Greater London. You will mentor the barista team, coach for growth, and embed WatchHouse’s signature hospitality culture in every shift.
You will ensure consistent drink quality, train on recipes and techniques, and drive daily operations with a focus on service, efficiency, and teamwork. This role reports to the House Manager and offers strong progression opportunities.
