As HR & Talent Manager at WatchHouse, you’ll be central to building and nurturing a values-led team culture as we continue to grow. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, deliver impactful in-house training, oversee HR administration, and support on complex people matters. This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends recruitment expertise with HR operational know-how, playing a key part in shaping the WatchHouse experience for our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment that champions and reflects the WatchHouse core values.
- Manage and streamline day-to-day HR administration and compliance.
- Design and deliver engaging, values-driven in-house training programmes.
- Support and advise on disciplinary procedures and complex HR matters.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Build strong relationships with teams across the business, from House teams to Operations to Senior Leadership.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Promote a culture of learning, inclusion, and open communication.
- Represent WatchHouse at industry and recruitment events where required.

You’ll be responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional people who live and breathe the WatchHouse values: passion, can-do, diligence, and empathy. From job advertising and interviewing to onboarding and early development, you’ll ensure every step of the recruitment journey reflects the culture we’re proud of.
In collaboration with the wider People Team, you’ll manage HR administrative tasks—from contracts and compliance to systems upkeep—while ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also lead on in-house training programmes that support employee growth and maintain high standards across our Houses.
Supporting disciplinary processes and senior-level HR cases with professionalism and confidentiality is also a key part of this role, alongside being a trusted point of contact for managers seeking guidance on people matters.
