Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the floor and counter service, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences during your shift.
  • Provide unparalleled hospitality, being the first point of contact for customers and creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
  • Work alongside the management team in your House to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver WatchHouse standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail across the House.
