Barista, WatchHouse. In Short: Baristas are the beating heart of WatchHouse. As a Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of the Modern Coffee movement—crafting exceptional coffee, creating unforgettable moments, and bringing our passion for hospitality to life every day. You’ll serve as a true ambassador of the WatchHouse experience, delivering world-class coffee with precision and care, while connecting with guests in a way that feels warm, personal, and genuine.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of WatchHouse.
- Dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision, crafting recipes that reflect the flavors of our beans.
- Ensure the coffee section is always looking its best—clean, sharp, and organised.
- Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations.
- Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from food preparation to team coordination.
