We’re looking for skilled and experienced Assistant Coffee Shop Managers who have experience in managing high volume venues with coffee knowledge being a bonus! You are the eyes and ears on the ground; collecting feedback from customers and team to share with your management team. You support the manager with back of house tasks as well as ensuring the smooth and successful service is happening each day. - Lead, inspire and motivate the team so that everyone performs to their absolute best, alongside the House Manager.
- Effectively manage the large team on site and work alongside them to deliver the Modern Coffee experience.
- Drive to build a high performing House focusing on KPIs.

- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure opens and closes run smoothly, admin and issues are dealt with proactively, and the cafe is always appropriately stocked with products and equipment.

About You

- An autonomous manager who takes full ownership for their cafe and their team.
- A natural leader. The Assistant House Manager leads the team in the efficient running of the coffee bar both front and back of house in order to achieve operational excellence.
- They manage our locations in the absence of the House Manager.
- A passion for the development and training of people in order to build and develop a highly skilled and high-achieving team that can cope with the pressures and demands of a high volume site.
