  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
  • Be knowledgeable about WatchHouse coffee and food offerings, confidently guiding customers through the menu.
  • Serve food and drinks with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized floor, ensuring the space is always inviting and reflective of WatchHouse’s brand standards.
  • Adapt to both counter service and floor service as required.
  • Collaborate with your team and managers and support where needed.
