This role is vital to the smooth and efficient running of our Houses. You will oversee floor and counter service in bustling locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the floor and counter service, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences during your shift.
- Provide unparalleled hospitality, being the first point of contact for customers and creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Work alongside the management team in your House to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver WatchHouse standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail across the House.
