We are looking for a passionate, detail‑oriented Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team - someone who genuinely loves fresh, high‑quality food, thrives in a fast‑paced service environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional brunch dishes with consistency and care. You will have previous professional kitchen experience, a strong understanding of quality and pace during service, and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with precision. Overview of the Role

  • Preparing and delivering the WatchHouse brunch menu to consistently high standards.
  • Following recipes, specifications, and plating standards with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supporting daily kitchen preparation including sauces, fillings, slicing, and ingredient prep.
  • Cooking and assembling a variety of fresh brunch dishes during busy service periods.
  • Assisting with bakery and food preparation where required.
  • Completing cleaning schedules, including extraction cleaning and deep‑clean tasks.
  • Work with pride, consistency, and accountability.
  • Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and best‑practice kitchen procedures.
