As a Kitchen Porter at Watch House, you play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep all kitchen work surfaces, including counters, sinks, stoves, and walls, clean, sanitized, and safe for use.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors at the start and end of shifts, and as needed throughout the day.
- Quickly and efficiently wash crockery, cookware, utensils, and cutlery to keep them in active rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and supply storage areas when required.
- Follow cleaning schedules, ensure refuse and recycling are handled properly, and adopt a ‘clean as you go’ approach.
- Take out rubbish and recycling promptly and responsibly.
- Support the kitchen team with routine food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, or other simple tasks when needed.
