Key Responsibilities as a Front of House team member in Watch House
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Be knowledgeable about Watch House coffee and food offerings, confidently guiding customers through the menu.
- Serve food and drinks with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, maintaining high presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized floor, ensuring the space is always inviting and reflective of Watch House’s brand standards.
- Adapting to both counter service and floor service as required.
- Collaborate with your team and managers and support where needed.
