WatchHouse is seeking a Senior Barista to lead the bar team and uphold the highest standards of coffee quality. You will work closely with the Head Barista to educate and excite the team, maintain equipment, and deliver unmatched hospitality that builds our guest base and WatchHouse culture.
Reporting directly to the House Manager, you will train, develop, and support the bar staff, manage service and production, and contribute to stock control and continuous improvements across our kitchens.
