WatchHouse is seeking a hands-on Baker for our production bakery to craft best-in-class pastries and baked goods with precision and consistency. You will manage dough preparation, lamination, fermentation, baking and finishing while upholding food safety, cleanliness, and collaborative teamwork.
This role requires strong technical baking knowledge and a genuine passion for viennoiserie, plus the ability to contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality output across all Houses.
