Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the floor and counter service, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences during your shift.
- Provide unparalleled hospitality, being the first point of contact for customers and creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Working alongside the management team in your House to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver Watch House standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail across the House.
- Be a fountain of knowledge for the team when it comes to Watch House products and standards.
