Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of WatchHouse.
Dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision, crafting recipes that reflect the flavors of our beans.
Ensure the coffee section is always looking its best—clean, sharp, and organised .
Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations .
Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from food preparation to team coordination.
