As a Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of the Modern Coffee movement—crafting exceptional coffee, creating unforgettable moments, and bringing our passion for hospitality to life every day. You’ll serve as a true ambassador of the WatchHouse experience, delivering world-class coffee with precision and care, while connecting with guests in a way that feels warm, personal, and genuine.
Directly reports into: House Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of WatchHouse.
Dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision, crafting recipes that reflect the flavors of our beans.
Ensure the coffee section is always looking its best—clean, sharp, and organised .
Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations .
Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from food preparation to team coordination.
