Responsibilities
- You will diagnose, service and repair watches, in line with the brand specific guidelines.
- Complete servicing of all brand models including mechanical, quartz, ETA based and Modular Chronograph movements.
- Test timepieces for accuracy and performance, using specific tools and equipment.
- Visually check all incoming components (dials, cases, hands, crystals, movements, etc.) for damage, marks and scratches to ensure they meet the agreed specification and report any quality issues.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Watchmaking, confident in leading all the above activities.
- True ambassador of Watchfinder.
- Supportive and encouraging team member, keen to learn from others and share expertise.
- Highly organised and capable of managing own workload.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience working within any watchmaking environment completing overhauls (essential).
Interview Process
- MS Teams video call with the Workshop Manager and HR Business Partner.
- Bench test and meeting with the Servicing Manager.
- Face-to-face meeting via video call with the Global Servicing & Logistics Director and HR Business Partner.
