The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Provide 1st & 2nd line IT Support for local and remote Watchfinder staff.
Manage support tickets logged to the support system, triaging where appropriate.
Setup new computers & user accounts for staff.
Learn and understand the following Microsoft technologies including but not limited to – Windows 11, Entra, Intune, M365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender & Auto-pilot.
Monitor, manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks.
Liaise with third parties and suppliers.
Produce & update technical documentation for all systems (hardware and software).
Occasional out of hours support.
Experience of working in an IT Service Desk environment.
Experience using Microsoft products, including Windows 11, Teams and Outlook.
Ability to demonstrate technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner and client facing experience.
Work proactively as an individual and within a team.
Take on responsibility of assigned tasks and helping others when needed.
Able to follow processes and procedures.
Committed to improving technical knowledge, including keeping up with industry trends, new technologies and best practices.
