Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair watches, in line with brand specific guidelines.
- Complete servicing of all brand models including mechanical, quartz, ETA based and Modular Chronograph movements.
- Test timepieces for accuracy and performance, using specific tools and equipment.
- Visually check all incoming components (dials, cases, hands, crystals, movements, etc.) for damage, marks and scratches to ensure they meet the agreed specification and report any quality issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in watchmaking, confident in leading all above activities.
- Ambassador of Watchfinder; supportive and encouraging team member who is keen to learn and share expertise.
- Highly organised, capable of managing own workload.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience completing overhauls in a watchmaking environment (essential).
