As a Sales Advisor you will be an ambassador for the company, responsible for welcoming guests into the boutique, introducing them to the culture of our organisation and clientele, and ultimately ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered, leaving them with a smile on their face and a watch on their wrist.

At Watchfinder we know that not everyone has previous watch experience or product/brand knowledge. We look for passionate individuals with a genuine interest in the industry, and who are keen to step into the pre‐owned watch market selling multiple brands of luxury timepieces. We welcome individuals who are keen to learn and develop, and we provide support from the very beginning of your journey with us.

You will be passionate about delivering expert customer service and achieving sales on a 1:1 basis within an intimate environment. You will showcase your excellent interpersonal skills, working to a high standard both individually and as part of a thriving team. The successful individual will be confident and experienced in working to KPIs and sales targets. This role includes high‐end sales assistance, welcoming walk‐ins, managing appointments, handling an overflow of online enquiries, chasing leads, and all‐round sales administration.

Demonstrating vigilance and awareness, you will ensure that all security procedures are followed correctly, maintaining the safety of our products. You will need to be reliable, ambitious, and passionate about the customer experience, while encapsulating our core values of being caring, pioneering and outstanding.
