Responsibilities

  • You will diagnose, service and repair watches, in line with the brand specific guidelines.
  • Complete servicing of all brand models including mechanical, quartz, ETA based and Modular Chronograph movements.
  • Test timepieces for accuracy and performance, using specific tools and equipment.
  • Visually check all incoming components (dials, cases, hands, crystals, movements, etc.) for damage, marks and scratches to ensure they meet the agreed specification and report any quality issues.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Watchmaking, confident in leading all the above activities.
  • True ambassador of Watchfinder.
  • Supportive and encouraging team member, keen to learn from others and share expertise.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing own workload.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior experience working within any watchmaking environment completing overhauls (essential).

Interview Process

  • MS Teams video call with the Workshop Manager and HR Business Partner.
  • Bench test and meeting with the Servicing Manager.
  • Face-to-face meeting via video call with the Global Servicing.
