How Will You Experience Success With Us
- At least 4 years previous experience in a digital customer engagement, conversion or optimisation role, with hands on experience with customer journey tools such as ContentSquare, or FullStory.
- At least 4 years previous experience with A/B, MVT testing tools such as Adobe Target, or Optimizely.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
- Effective at building relationships within the Marketing team and across departments
- Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner.
- A strategic mindset, an eye for detail, whilst being comfortable with data and commercial metrics.
- Passion for driving results and continuously challenging your own mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics, and the ability to clearly articulate hypothesis and outcomes.
