Due to the expansion of our Mappin & Webb Showroom in Cambridge, we are looking for a Supervisor to join our OMEGA and Breitling Showroom.
Our Supervisors are role models for the Mappin and Webb brand; dedicated team players with a passion for delivering excellent client service to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience in Mappin and Webb Showrooms. Working towards personal and team targets and assisting management when required, you will play a key role in the success of the boutique by identifying, sharing, and spreading best practices; developing and continually updating your product knowledge and jewellery expertise, and sharing your passion about our fantastic products.
