We are looking for a Pre Owned Watch Valuation Client Specialist to join our Virtual Boutique, in London. You will assess watches submitted through the Virtual Boutique's Sell Your Watch service and create the initial offers presented to clients.
You will lead your own client facing consultations and deliver a seamless end to end experience, from reviewing the watch and generating the offer through to converting the opportunity into a completed intake. In addition, you will provide valuations and offers to Virtual Boutique colleagues, manage the online self service form, and undertake product consultations in line with demand for the Virtual Boutique service.
