As Director of Buying & Merchandising – Jewellery & Watches UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Group’s product, buying, merchandising and inventory strategy across all Jewellery and Watch categories in the UK. With a sharp commercial lens, you will ensure our assortments and stock positions are insight led, optimised and competitive – driving sales, profitability and a compelling customer proposition across our showroom network and online channels.

Leading high performing Buying and Merchandising teams, you will bring clarity, pace and structure to the function, aligning strategy to deliver revenue and margin targets. In doing so, you will champion best in class product selection, forecasting, inventory management and trusted supplier partnerships that support sustainable growth.
