Head of Watch Merchandising UK

Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Watch Merchandising UK to join The Watches of Switzerland Group. In this role, you will lead your team to achieve outstanding results by developing relevant strategies, coaching, and developing multiple direct reports, and ensuring each team member has opportunities for performance management to deliver exceptional results.

You will need to communicate effectively across the business, influence key stakeholders both internally and externally, embrace and promote a client-centric approach, and demonstrate the ability to manage and facilitate positive change within the team.

About You

• Extensive experience in retail Merchandising
• Experience communicating at Board level
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Proven ability to work within a budget while trading profitably
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing teams to deliver results
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Understanding of brand alignment processes and portfolio management
